Starting Your Recovery Journey

The Bloom Program

Whether you’re at the very beginning of your recovery journey or seeking structured, ongoing coaching, the Bloom Program offers a focused, ten-week container to work on your goals, build essential skills, and receive consistent guidance from your coach. Together we’ll set a steady rhythm, meeting one-on-one each week to clarify priorities and shape strategies that fit your unique needs.

The Bloom Program includes:

  • 10 weekly 50-minute 1:1 sessions with your coach, online or person(subject to coach availability)

  • Regular communication and progress updates with your treatment team, ensuring alignment and coordinated care.

  • A clear summary of goals at the conclusion of each session, maintaining focus and continuity

  • Weekly assignments and worksheets to help you build essential skills between sessions.

  • Curated resources—articles, podcasts, books, recovery tools, and practical tips to deepen your understanding and keep you supported between sessions.

We can also swap 1:1 sessions for meal support exposure sessions if required. This can be discussed with your coach based on your needs.

The Signature Program

Do you feel like you need additional support and help with accountability on your recovery journey? We have your back. Through weekly one-on-one coaching along with text support between sessions, we'll be there to support you every step of the way as you work towards your recovery goals.

The Signature Program includes:

  • 10 weekly 50-minute 1:1 sessions with your coach, online or person(subject to coach availability)

  • Regular communication and progress updates with your treatment team, ensuring alignment and coordinated care.

  • A clear summary of goals at the conclusion of each session, maintaining focus and continuity

  • Weekly assignments and worksheets to help you build essential skills between sessions.

  • Curated resources—articles, podcasts, books, recovery tools, and practical tips to deepen your understanding and keep you supported between sessions.

  • Text support for guidance and accountability between sessions (available from 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri)

The Guardian Program (Parents & Carers)

Supporting a loved one through recovery can feel overwhelming and isolating. This is designed to equip parents and carers with clarity, confidence, and practical tools to navigate this journey alongside the person you love. Over ten weeks we focus on education, communication, and strategies that strengthen your role as a supportive ally.

The Guardian Program includes:

  • 10 weekly 50-minute sessions with your coach, online or in person (subject to coach availability).

  • Guidance on understanding eating disorders, treatment approaches, and the recovery process

  • Coaching on how to respond constructively to challenging moments and eating disorder behaviours

  • Practical tools and strategies to create a supportive home environment while maintaining your own wellbeing

  • Communication techniques to help foster trust, reduce conflict, and encourage open dialogue

  • Curated resources—articles, podcasts, books, and recovery tools tailored for parents and carers

  • Session recaps and key takeaways to reinforce learning and build confidence between meetings

Important to know

Our programs are designed around weekly sessions, as consistency and continuity are key to maintaining the effectiveness of the program. To keep the flow of the program, sessions aren’t spaced out over fortnightly or longer gaps. If you’re looking for more flexibility, you’re welcome to book our individual offers outside of a program instead.

Not seeing a program that feels right?

That’s completely fine! You can explore our one-on-one coaching and other individual services to find the support that best fits your recovery journey.

Due to NDIS restrictions, NDIS clients are unable to purchase packages using your funding. Rather than purchasing a package, you will be able to work with us on a session-by-session basis. Please book a Clarity Call to discuss pricing

NDIS Participants can also purchase any additional services as needed/suggested by their coach.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The short answer is no, but we do highly recommend it. We have the option of going session by session with our individual offers.

    We offer programs for 2 reasons:

    1. Coaching is a commitment! Recovery isn’t going to happen in a single session.

    2. The programs are better value

  • Our programs are ongoing in nature. You will review the level of support you are receiving with your coach as you near the end of your program and decide on whether you need a different level of support.

  • Our programs are designed to run for weekly sessions only. Fortnightly bookings or sessions with extended gaps are not permitted, as the program requires consistency and continuity to maintain its effectiveness. Regular sessions help you stay engaged, build momentum, and get the full benefit of the program.

  • In ‘The Signature Program’ we offer 3-5 text message exchanges per week. We understand that some weeks might be more, and some less. We do our best to be flexible where possible!

  • We do our best to respond as soon as we can, though coaches are often in sessions with other clients.

    Text support is available Monday to Friday (unless otherwise agreed with your coach).

    While responses aren’t immediate, the benefit of reaching out is to give your Healthy self the opportunity to show up, rather than your ED.

  • This service is to help the carer and family specifically with strategies to care for their loved one and themselves. If your child is over 18, you will need to ask for their consent to share information with us.
