Our thoughtfully curated packages are designed to give you the holistic support you need for your recovery journey. Our “Starting your recovery journey” packages are designed to support you on the first steps of your path towards recovery, while our “Ongoing support” packages are there to provide continual support.
Starting your recovery journey
The Bloom Package
If you're just beginning your recovery journey, this is the perfect package for you. We'll get a regular cadence going, working together one-on-one each week to discuss your goals and help you build effective strategies to meet your unique needs.
The Bloom Package includes:
6 weekly 1:1 sessions with your coach (60 mins), online or in person, plus:
Weekly assignments, worksheets and resources to support you and help you build essential skills between sessions
Communication with your treatment team with progress updates
A summary of goals at the conclusion of each session
We can also swap 1:1 sessions for meal support exposure sessions if required. This can be discussed with your coach based on your needs.

The Signature Package
Do you feel like you need additional support and help with accountability on your recovery journey? We have your back. Through weekly one-on-one coaching along with text support between sessions, we'll be there to support you every step of the way as you work towards your recovery goals.
The Signature Package includes:
Six weekly 1:1 sessions with your coach (60 mins), online or in person, plus:
Weekly assignments, worksheets and resources to support you and help you build essential skills between sessions
Communication with your treatment team with progress updates
A summary of goals at the conclusion of each session
Text support for guidance and accountability between sessions (available from 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri)
We can also swap 1:1 sessions for meal support exposure sessions if required. This can be discussed with your coach based on your needs.

The Support Package
If you would benefit from extra sessions per week with one of our coaches, the Support Package is the one for you. We will meet with you twice a week to coach you through the complexities of recovery, giving you that extra touch-time to talk through your unique needs and build strategies for growth. Along with text support availability, this holistic approach allows you to build confidence with the safety and support of your coach.
The Support Package includes:
Two weekly 1:1 sessions with your coach (1 x 60 mins + 1 x 30 mins) for 6 weeks (12 sessions total), online or in person, plus:
Weekly assignments, worksheets and resources to support you and help you build essential skills between sessions
Communication with your treatment team with progress updates
A summary of goals at the conclusion of each session
Text support for guidance and accountability between sessions (available from 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri)
We can also swap 1:1 sessions for meal support exposure sessions if required. This can be discussed with your coach based on your needs.

Ongoing support
The Nurture Package (Maintenance)
If you have already completed other packages with Uncovery before, but you'd like additional support or a refresher on some techniques or strategies, the Nurture Package is for you. We'll meet fortnightly or once a month to check in on your progress, unpack any thoughts or feelings that come up between sessions, and help you build the confidence to tackle your day-to-day solo.
The Nurture Package includes:
Six fortnightly or monthly 1:1 sessions with your coach (60 mins), online or in person

For parents and carers
The Guardian Package (Parents & Carers)
This one is for the parents or carers. We'll work together over 12 weeks to provide you with the guidance, support and strategies to help you be there for your child or loved one during their recovery journey.
The Guardian Package includes:
Six fortnightly sessions over 12 weeks (60 mins) with your coach, online or in person

Not finding a package that fits your needs?
That's okay! Let our coaches help you create a custom plan designed to meet the unique requirements of your recovery journey.
Due to NDIS restrictions, NDIS patients are unable to purchase packages using your funding. Rather than purchasing a package, you will be able to work with us on a session-by-session basis. These sessions exclude GST and cost $135 for a 60 minute session.
NDIS Participants can also purchase any additional services as needed/suggested by their coach.
