One-on-one recovery coaching sessions give us the opportunity to understand your unique circumstances and help you in setting and achieving your recovery goals. We're dedicated to providing ongoing support, addressing any obstacles that may come up along the way, and guiding you through your day-to-day challenges. With personalised attention and a focus on your needs, we aim to empower you on your journey towards a joyful, recovered life.

  • Recovery coaching is designed to suit you personal needs. In saying this, we will draw from the 8 keys to recovery from an eating disorder workbook and philosophy, as well as ACT and Mindfulness.

  • We have a range of packages available, depending on your needs.

    Alternatively, individual 60-minute sessions are available at a rate of $148.50 (Incl. GST)
